How do I identify property?

We will give you a form that you will either mail, fax or hand deliver to Equity 1031, LLC within 45 days of the sale of your property. The IRS counts every day including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. It is extremely important to note that the 45 days cannot be extended, and we MUST receive your identification within 45 days.
