When Equity 1031, LLC serves as your Qualified Intermediary, you can be assured that your exchange funds is safe, secured, and available with short notice.  The exchange funds is liquid to enable the investors to comply with the time requirements of the 1031 exchange process.  Equity 1031, LLC guarantees that the exchange funds will be deposited with an FDIC insured financial institution in the United States.  The exchange funds will be kept in separate accounts and not commingled with any other accounts.  Upon request, Equity 1031, LLC will provide evidence generated by the financial institution showing the opening of the accounts and the depositing of the exchange funds into the accounts.  With Equity 1031, LLC, only the investors may requrest for the exchange funds or portions of the exchange funds to be transferred out of these accounts.

For security purposes, Equity 1031, LLC requires that a written request signed by the investors (or someone with the Power of Attorney from the investors) and verified by Equity 1031, LLC before any transfer can take place.  We do not accept telephone calls or emails from any parties requesting for the transfer of the exchange funds out of the investors' accounts.  Please note that Equity 1031, LLC needs at least three business days from the receipt of the written request to complete a wire transfer.
