Our clients pay the same exchange fee regardless of the price of the relinquished property.
A standard deferred exchange includes one relinquished property and one replacement property. The standard exchange is most common and our fee should cover most situations. However, if you need to acquire more than one replacement property, our fee is $800 for each additional replacement property after the first replacement property.
